Based on a couple I overheard outside Fortnum's.
Her: For God's sake Julian, why do you always have to be such a pitiful little worm?!
Him: ---- (a rude word)
They then stomped off to Harrods. I think if you'd peeled their skins off they would have looked like this underneath.
